Established in 2024, Pedu Residential Living is a family-owned and operated assisted living facility, dedicated to providing compassionate, expert care in a warm, supportive environment. Founded by a unique team with a shared commitment to senior wellness, our leadership combines deep healthcare knowledge with business expertise to offer residents and their families the highest level of peace of mind.

Our co-owners, sisters Mercy and Abigail, are both experienced Nurse Practitioners with over 20 years in healthcare. Mercy specializes in acute care, while Abigail brings her expertise in psychiatric care—together, they ensure each resident’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being are prioritized and supported. Emilianna, Abigail’s daughter-in-law and fellow co-owner, has over a decade of experience in business operations and finance, ensuring Pedu Residential Living runs smoothly and with integrity.

This past year, our family has had the privilege of caring for Abigail and Mercy’s father as he ages in place—a blessing we know many families may not experience. Through this journey, we’ve gained a personal understanding of the value of compassionate support and 24/7 care, inspiring us to create Pedu Residential Living as a trusted home for others seeking the same peace of mind and dedicated care for their loved ones.
